Our courses are intended for licensed or license-eligible mental health professionals, including but not limited to LMHCs, LMFTs, and LCSWs, and are designed to meet continuing education requirements as specified by the applicable accrediting body and licensing board. It is the participant’s responsibility to confirm that a given course meets the specific continuing education requirements of their own licensing board and jurisdiction before purchase.
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and complete the course for your own individual continuing education purposes. Course content may not be copied, distributed, resold, or shared with any other individual. Sharing account credentials or course access with another person is prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.
Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of course requirements as described in our CE Course Policies. It is the participant’s responsibility to verify that a certificate has been properly submitted to or accepted by their licensing board where self-reporting or submission is required.
All fees are due at the time of course enrollment. Prices are subject to change without notice, though any change will not affect a course already purchased. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy as stated in our CE Course Policies.
All course content, including text, video, audio, graphics, and assessments, is the property of Gulf Coast CE Institute or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without express written permission.
Courses are provided “as is” for educational purposes. Gulf Coast CE Institute makes no warranty that any specific course will satisfy the continuing education requirements of every licensing board or jurisdiction; participants are responsible for independently confirming applicability to their own licensure requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulf Coast CE Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our courses or website, including any failure of a course to be accepted by a licensing board for continuing education credit.
Gulf Coast CE Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to a course or the website for any user who violates these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
